Buy a free-range rather than an imported blast-frozen turkey and you will happily eat it for three days. A poor-quality bird will leave you wondering what to eat on St Stephen's Day. There is also the animal-cruelty issue. Battery or free-range turkey? Were I an eater of turkey, it would have to be Irish, free-range, organic all the way. Laura
