Steph Nel has made six changes to the Connacht side that lost to Glasgow on October 25th, ahead of their quarter final clash with Leinster.
Connacht will be without captain Tim Allnutt and vice captain Warwick Waugh while influential forwards Dan McFarland (prop) and Colm Rigney (flanker) are also ruled out.
Centre Shane Moore will captain the side that sees plenty of reshuffling in the backs with Mark McHugh moving to full back and Gavin Duffy and Ted Robinson on either wing.
McFarland and Rigney will be replaced by Ronan McCormack and Paul Neville respectively while Marnus Uijs (hooker) and Damien Browne (second row) will also start
