London - One in four British homes has now embraced the digital TV revolution, although many viewers still do not understand how to make use of its services, according to research released yesterday. Figures suggest 12 million adults now have digital TV in their homes.
Analysts Continental Research say fewer than half are aware they have access to the Internet through their high-tech TV screens. A survey of 2,000 digital-watching consumers also estimated that fewer than 1 million UK adults used any of the online services available via their digital sets.
