Brothers and sisters of people with mental handicaps can have emotional difficulties in later life, according to the organisers of a meeting to be held in Dublin this evening, writes Padraig O'Morain.
The meeting is a follow-up to a recent conference in University College Dublin organised by the Psychology Society of Ireland Learning Disability Group and the Centre for the Study of Developmental Disabilities.
This evening's meeting is only for brothers and sisters of people with mental handicaps and it will start at 7.30 p.m. in The Teacher's Club, Parnell Square, Dublin.
