Morning pitch inspections had earlier put paid to Queen of the South's game with leaders Inverness Caledonian Thistle, plus the matches between Clyde and Alloa, and Ayr and St Johnstone.
Yesterday, Falkirk's trip to Ross County became an early casualty to the freezing weather.
The Scottish Cup second round card was also hit, with games at Stranraer, Hamilton, Forfar and Morton all called off.
But other ties were expected to be played ahead of this afternoon's third round draw, which will feature the Scottish Premier League clubs.
The draw will take place at Hampden Park after Queen's Park's tie with Albion Rovers, which was able to be played because of the undersoil heating at the national stadium.
And in the Highlands, inspections at Peterhead, who play Elgin, and Keith, who entertain Cowdenbeath, both passed the pitches fit to play.
The games at Gretna, Airdrie United and Raith Rovers were all this morning expected to go ahead.
South of the border, the FA Cup Third Round tie between Gillingham and Sheffield Wednesday was also postponed.
