The Funderland tradition is now firmly established and Dublin families are promised one of Europe's best indoor Winter carnivals when its doors open at the RDS on December 26th. With a programme combining old and new favourites, visitors will be welcomed by an 140ft illuminated ferris wheel which provides superb views of the city. Other attractions include two roller coasters - the Looping Star indoors and, outdoors, the Magic Mouse, not for the fainthearted, with occupants experiencing 360 degree spins as it rolls and dips along the track.
It's at the RDS from December 26th to January 16th; 12 noon-10 p.m. daily - except New Year's Eve (closing at 5 p.m. and New Year's Day opening at 3 p.m.)
