Charges against Ocalan's brother

Diyarbakir - A Turkish prosecutor yesterday opened a case seeking the death penalty for Mr Osman Ocalan, the younger brother of the condemned Kurdish rebel leader Abdullah Ocalan, for alleged separatism and "terrorism".
