The firm, Livingstone Asset Management, has offices in Switzerland, France, Sweden and Italy.

The bank said the firm has been offering investment advice and investment business services to members of the public. The bank has published a notice in a number of daily newspapers.

Since obtaining the legal powers to publicly warn about unauthorised firms since August 1998, the Central Bank has issued 50 warnings naming 105 firms.
