The case against a man and a woman charged in connection with the death of model Katy French more than four years ago was further adjourned at Trim Circuit Court yesterday.

Kieran Ducie (41), Kilmessan, Co Meath, and Ann Corcoran (30), Clonliffe Road, Dublin, are charged that between December 1st and 2nd, 2007, at a service station in Clonee, Co Meath, they conspired with others to possess cocaine for supply. They are also charged with intentionally or recklessly supplying cocaine to Ms French at Lamberstown Manor, Kilmessan, and failing to get medical assistance in a timely fashion which created a substantial risk of death or serious harm.

Carl Hanahoe, prosecuting, told the court the State was not ready to proceed with the case. Judge Michael O’Shea remanded both defendants on continuing bail to May 8th.
