Former Chelsea goalkeeper Mark Bosnich has lost his claim against the London club for unfair dismissal, the premier league says.
The Australian was sacked by Chelsea last month after being charged by the FA for bringing the game into disrepute following his positive test for cocaine.
He appealed to the premier league but the league issued a statement on Tuesday saying they had found in favour of the club.
Bosnich, 31, has seven days to appeal against the decision.
