The wartime commander of the Muslim-led Bosnian government army, Mr Sefer Halilovic, has been indicted by the UN war-crimes tribunal and will voluntarily go to The Hague tomorrow, his lawyer said.
"Halilovic has been indicted for his apparent failure to prosecute those responsible for the Grabovica massacre and he will hand himself over to The Hague on Tuesday," Mr Faruk Balijagic said.
In September 1993, the government army killed 32 Croat civilians in the southern village of Grabovica during an offensive.
Mr Halilovic, who headed Bosnia's army between May 1992 and November 1993, led a seven-men co-ordinating group during the operation.
He is acting as the minister of social affairs, displaced persons and refugees in the government of the Muslim-Croat federation.
