London - A British man claims to have cured his stammer by watching Mr Tony Blair's speeches. Mr Stephen Hill (25) said he had spent much of his life avoiding social contact before setting out to copy his Prime Minister's deliberate and structured way of speaking.
"His confident approach gave me hope. I practised it in the mirror, imagining I was the Prime Minister buying a cheeseburger," Mr Hill told the Daily Telegraph. Before his cure, Mr Hill bought shoes a size too large because he could not say "seven" and the one time a woman gave him her phone number he did not get in touch because he could not say her name.
