London - A heavily pregnant Ms Cherie Blair, wife of Britain's Prime Minister, will go to the High Court tomorrow to challenge government rules on parental leave.
Just days before she is expected to give birth to her fourth child, Ms Blair will challenge regulations laid down by her husband's administration allowing parents to take a total of 13 weeks of unpaid leave to care for their children. The time off only applies to mothers and fathers with babies born or adopted on or after December 15th last year. The TUC says that excludes 2.7 million working parents.
