BRUSSELS - A Belgian parliamentary commission decided early today that there were no grounds for prosecuting the deputy prime minister, Mr Elio di Rupo, on charges of paedophilia, parliamentary sources said. "The commission considers that in the light of the dossiers given to parliament, there is no evidence of his guilt and hence there is nothing to justify an indictment of the deputy prime minister," a statement said.
