Substitute Fabio Rochemback struck a spectacular winner from the edge of the penalty area in the 65th minute.
Liverpool had taken the lead in the 27th minute through Michael Owen.
Patrick Kluivert scored a 41st minute equaliser and Rochemback grabbed the points. Substitute Marc Overmars added a third with six minutes left.
