Baker to miss Dundalk clash

Star Shelbourne winger Richie Baker has been ruled out of tomorrow night's crucial clash with Dundalk at Tolka Park.

The 21-year-old has failed to recover from the groin injury aggravated during last weeks 3-2 defeat by St. Patrick's Atheltic and will therefore play no part in Shelbourne's attempts to get their stuttering championship challenge back on track. Brian Byrne is his most likely replacement.

Manager Dermot Keely will also have to plan for the absence of suspended centre-back Peter Hutton, though he can at least be pleased by the renewed availability of influential midfielder Pat Fenlon, who missed last week's loss because of suspension.
