Mr Michael Bailey, the builder who is one of the central witnesses before the Flood tribunal, is to begin giving evidence today. His brother Mr Tom Bailey is also expected to enter the witness-box this week.
Mr Bailey attended the meeting in June 1989 at which Mr James Gogarty says both he and Mr Bailey paid £40,000 each to the former minister for foreign affairs, Mr Ray Burke, in return for planning favours.
Mr Bailey denies paying any money to Mr Burke, who says he was given £30,000 by Mr Gogarty as a political donation.
