The Fenton Gallery in Cork occupies part of the same Wandesford Quay building complex as Cork Printmakers (the Backwater Artists Group studios are there as well), the open access print studio for printmakers in the Munster region founded in 1994 - there is no comparable facility in the area, so demand for its facilities is great. It's appropriate, then, that it is currently hosting a show featuring the work of some 33 members of the studio (including Debbie Godsell, whose Tuesday's Child is featured right) selected by IMMA curator Catherine Marshall. Her choice encompasses a huge range of work from artists with established reputations in print and other disciplines, including Catherine Lynch, David Lilburn, Jim Sheehy, Helen Farrell, Brian Kennedy and Collette Nolan.
