A judge yesterday ordered the arrest of a man out on bail on 15 charges arising out of loyalist protests outside Harryville Catholic church in Ballymena. The High Court in Belfast was told that Mr William Ivan Kilpatrick (36), from Mill Mews, Ballymena, had broken a condition of his bail not to go within 300 metres of the church.
A constable said Mr Kilpatrick was seen taking part in public disorder outside the church on June 7th, the night of a band parade when bottles, stones and bricks were thrown at police.
