Gardaí are hunting a man who robbed a pharmacy on Dublin's northside this afternoon armed with a large knife.
The man entered the shop at Killester Avenue shortly after noon and threatened two members of staff.
He stole the contents of the cash register before breaking into a store room and stealing a quantity of tablets.
He escaped on a red motorbike which was driven by an accomplice.

The robber armed is described as aged early to mid-twenties, he wore a fawn coloured hooded top with the word "Harlem" written across the chest, and a white scarf over his face.
The driver of the motorcycle wore a black leather jacket and a red helmet.
