London - A worried fisherman contacted police after catching a baby shark at a popular South Coast resort and fearing its angry mother could be lurking in the murky depths.
The concerned angler landed his surprise catch as he fished the waters off Clarence Pier, Southsea, Hampshire.
However, police advised him to throw the 14-inch fish back and experts at Portsmouth's Sealife Centre reassured would-be bathers.
