The 15th Dublin Film Festival continues at UGC Cinemas today with a varied programme that includes Tim Disney's Blessed Art Thou, set in a Californian wine-growing monastery; Vinny Murphy's Irish road movie, Accelerator; Zhang Yimou's Chinese drama, Not One Less; Julie Taymor's Shakespearean adaptation, Titus; and the Sex Pistols documentary, The Filth and the Fury (at the UGC tonight).
Highlights over the days ahead include the US indie, Judy Berlin (tomorrow); Christopher Walken and Peter McDonald in Myles Connell's The Opportunists (Monday); Kevin Spacey and Danny De Vito in the filmed play, The Big Kahuna (Wednesday); and Woody Harrelson and Antonio Banderas as boxers in Play It To the Bone (Thursday), the latest film from writer-director Ron Shelton, who is the subject of this year's festival retrospective.
