NAIROBI - Amnesty International yesterday condemned human rights abuses by Tutsi dominated rebels against Rwandan refugees in Zaire. The human rights organisation said rebels had looked on while Zaireans attacked aid workers and looted aid supplies south of Kisangani earlier this week. It said the rebel Alliance of Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Congo Zaire had stopped providing security for aid workers and a lack of security inside and on the way to the camps had halted relief work.
