The developers of a hotel and office complex in central Dublin have reached agreement with objectors on certain works to be carried out there pending a High Court hearing next week.
Mr Rory Brady SC, for Treasury Holdings Ltd, told Mrs Justice McGuinness he had reached an agreement with Mr Paul Callan SC, for Lancefort Ltd, stated to be conservationists, with an address at Upper Ormond Quay, Dublin, under which Treasury would carry out these works.
The agreement is to remain in force up to next Friday when the High Court will hear submissions on whether there is to be an appeal against Mrs Justice McGuinness's rejection of a challenge by Lancefort to the granting of planning permission for the development on a site bounded by College Street, Westmoreland Street and Fleet Street.
