Proceedings by the Law Society against Dublin solicitor Mr Denis Murnaghan, who practises as Denis Murnaghan and Co, Upper Mount Street, Dublin, were adjourned in the High Court yesterday until December 18th for mention.
Mr Murnaghan's plans to end his practice from January were outlined in the court on November 22nd. The President of the High Court on that occasion adjourned the matter for two weeks to allow Mr Murnaghan to submit his proposals to the Law Society for scrutiny.
