A total of 75 homes worth £7 million were sold yesterday within seven hours in the latest phase of a new housing development at Luttrellstown Wood, Carpenterstown Road, Castleknock, Dublin.
Twenty-one couples queued since Tuesday afternoon to buy houses in the Park Developments scheme. The main demand was for four-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes which sold for £98,950 to £121,950. The three-bedroom semis are priced between £79,950 and £89,950.
