Three men injured in a loyalist feud riot at a social club in Portadown on Monday had been out of prison on High Court bail.
Today a judge will be asked to re-examine the temporary bail granted last week to Mr Noel McCready, Mr Ryan Robley and Mr Ralph Phillips.
It is expected that the prosecution will apply for a variation of their bail conditions or to revoke it altogether.
This could mean the three being sent back to the Maze prison ahead of their scheduled return on January 4th.
Mr McCready (33) and Mr Robley (30) were given bail on a charge of murdering two friends, Mr Phillip Allen and Mr Damian Traynor, in a bar in Poyntzpass, Co Armagh, in March 1998.
Mr Phillips (36) was freed on a charge of murdering David Keys, a fellow prisoner in the Maze, who was on remand accused of the Poyntzpass double murder.
Police believe Monday's incident at Portadown Social Club in Shamrock Park was a battle for supremacy between UVF and LVF factions.
A dozen people were injured when they were attacked by a gang wielding baseball bats and pickaxe handles.
Meanwhile, another man, said in the High Court yesterday to have been in the club when the gang burst in, applied for a variation of his bail conditions.
Mr Wesley Allen (22), from Cloncore Road, Portadown, is accused of possessing articles last August which could be useful to terrorists, nine pickaxe handles and a dozen balaclavas.
A prosecution lawyer said police believed the items were for use in a feud between the UVF and LVF which, he said, was ongoing.
Mr Justice Kerr varied a residence condition in Mr Allen's bail so that he could assist his father on an outlying farm.
