Ecstasy tablets with an estimated street value of £100,000 were seized by the Limerick drug squad and Roxboro crime unit from two unoccupied houses in the O'Malley Park, Southill area of the city.
Up to 15 gardai were involved in the searches which took place around 8 p.m. on Thursday. The operation was part of an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking by a Limerick-based drug gang, according to the Garda.
