New to the Parish: Sri Lankan chef on Cork's cuisine

Originally from Sri Lanka, Athula Kuruppu Arachchi has worked as a chef all over the world, cooking for prime ministers, kings and the US army during the war in Iraq. He moved to Ireland in 2005 and now lives in Cork with his wife and children.
