DROGHEDA BYPASS: Open since Monday. Interchanges are at Gormanstown, Duleek Rd, Donore Rd, Mell and Monasterboice. Exercise caution at entry ramps, especially at Gormanstown at the bypass's southern end, and at Monasterboice at the northern end, where the layout has changed. The toll plaza is located 7km south of Drogheda. Charges: €0.80 for motorbikes, €1.50 for cars, €2.70 for buses, coaches and light commercial vans, €3.80 for HGVs, or €4.90 for HGVs with more than four axles. On June 27th, a motorway will open from Dublin airport to Balbriggan, to complement the bypass.

DUBLIN: Temporary lights and works in Tallaght on the Greenhills Rd between Airton Rd and Old Tallaght. Single lane restrictions and temporary lights in place all day Monday to Saturday till October. Delays on the Greenhills Rd from the Airton Rd junction to the Old Tallaght Rd. Diversions in place. When completed, the Greenhills Rd will meet the junction of the Tallaght Bypass.

Works continue on the Nangor Rd, 500 metres on the Clondalkin side of Pollyhops Pub, expect delays from Lucan & Newcastle. Temporary lights in operation. Works from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday until the end of June. Diversions in place via Newcastle.

Cycle races in the Phoenix Park between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. on the following Tuesdays over the summer: July 1st, July 15th, July 22nd and August 19th. To facilitate this, the following roads will be closed to traffic: The Main Rd (between Phoenix Junction and Mountjoy Cross), and Survey Rd (between its junction with the Main Rd and its junction with the Furze, Upper Glen and Knockmaroon roads). Traffic diverted or halted at: Phoenix Junction, Mountjoy Junction and the junction of Survey Rd, Upper Glen Rd, Furze Rd and Knockmaroon Rd.

CORK: Restrictions on Sullivans Quay - single lane traffic till further notice. A section of the foothpath along the riverside is closed for the work's duration.

Change to bus stops in Cork city centre. The number 3 and 8 buses will leave from outside Phelans Pharmacy, while on the South Mall, buses depart from the southern side of the Imperial Hotel

KILDARE: Construction of the Kildare bypass on the N7 means no left turn from Kildare to Monasterevin at Cherryville Crossroads. Instead, take the next left, the Athy left, at Monesterevin.

The road between Ballymore Eustace and Brannockstown is closed at Ardinore, traffic has to divert. This is an ongoing closure.

LIMERICK: Works on the Dooradoyle Rd between the two roundabouts at the Crescent Shopping Centre. Works from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m until mid-November. In mid-June, traffic reduced to a single lane and work operate from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Works on Rosbrien Rd in Limerick, expect delays.

LONGFORD: Works on the N63 (main road between Longford Town and Roscommon Town) at Lanesborough, temporary lights in place, expect delays.

TIPPERARY: Friar St is closed in Thurles till August 8th.

Works postponed on the N52 between Borrisokane and Ballingarry. Works resume soon - date yet to be confirmed.

CARLOW: Works till September at the junction of the N9/Hanover Junction, Barrack St/Kennedy Avenue. Works at Paupish Lane and Angler's Walk junction and alongside New Oak Estate to Staplestown Rd.
