Hard shoulder:HYUNDAI IN the US has launched an incentive programme that allows customers to return their cars if they lose their job within a year of purchase. The firm has seen its sales rise 14 per cent in January, one of only three car firms to report a gain in January car sales in the US.
It recorded by far the largest in a market where sales have fallen to their lowest level since 1981. The brand’s Genesis model also won US car of the year for 2008.
