Honda to release V4 super tourer
HONDA IS preparing to release a new V4 powered super touring motorcycle, according to MCN magazine.
The bike will also share its chassis, shaft-drive, single-sided swingarm, ABS, traction control, some suspension components and adjustability with the new machine, but with different bodywork and reworked, more touring-oriented, ergonomics.
750cc version of Suzuki GSR600
RUMOUR HAS it that a 750cc version of Suzuki’s GSR600 naked motorcycle will be unleashed next year.
According to reports on visordown.com, “the GSR750 will be powered with a retuned version of the motor in the current GSX-R750”.
Electric scooter by BMW in 2011
BMW IS said to be planning an electric scooter for 2011, according to Spanish website, soloscooter.com.
The new machine will use a lithium ion battery pack with enough juice to allow a range of about 155 miles and a top speed of 75mph.
Kawasaki’s new Z1000 bike
ACCORDING TO French motorcycle magazine MotoRevue, Kawasaki is to release a new version of its powerful Z1000 motorcycle.
The new motorcycle will have a stronger, race-style chassis for improved handling, higher quality suspension and the engine from the ZX-10R superbike.
