AN BORD Pleanala has cleared the way for a business park on the former CountyGlen site of 2.9 acres at Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock, Co Dublin. Developers Paddy Kelly and John Flynn are to provide more than 100,000 square feet of manufacturing, wholesale and commercial space in 11 buildings, which will vary from two to four storeys in height.
In the city centre, Perfect Pies has secured planning permission for the conversion of an office at 39/40 Dawson Street into a restaurant and bar.
Planning permission has been granted by the local authority in Limerick for a 40-bedroom hotel at the former Swans Supermarket on Main Street. Moriarty Hotels plans to retain existing buildings on the site.
