Latvians go for embassy on Wellington Road
THE LATVIAN Embassy is looking for permission from Dublin City Council for a change of use of numbers 10 and 12 Wellington Road, Dublin 4 from residential to embassy use.
It also wants to interlink the houses, which are three-storey protected structures, and to interlink numbers 10 and 12 Raglan Lane, two-storey houses to the rear as a single residential unit.
The embassy is looking for new tea stations within numbers 10 and 12 Wellington Road as well as several new toilets in both houses and a new kitchen to the rear of number 10.
Works to 10 and 12 Raglan Lane include the removal of a recently installed timber staircase and a new kitchen in number 10.
404 apartments planned for Adamstown

The proposal for car-parking is 606 spaces, with 414 of those underground.
