CO WEXFORD - FROM €550,000:A NEW development of four and five-bed detached homes comes to the market this weekend in Co Wexford.
Sherry FitzGerald Myles Doyle is handling the sale of Fermoyle Manor, a scheme of 23 homes in Killinierin village, which is about four miles north of Gorey town.
Developed by Knockenrahan Holdings, an Arklow-based builder, the scheme has a great village location, behind the local primary school.
A planned €4 million sports hall and community centre will be in walking distance.
Prices start from €550,000 for a four-bedroom detached house of 213sq m (2,300sq ft). Five-bed houses start €565,000.
They have around 213-251sq m (2,300-2,700sq ft) of living space. All the houses have large attic spaces suitable for conversion.
The big selling point is likely to be the generous houses sizes and high quality fit-out, including hardwood internal doors, oak staircases, underfloor heating on the ground floor, hardwood kitchen with granite worktop and marble fireplace.
There are five house types and all have a traditional layout with family living in mind.
Three retail units are being built to the front of the scheme on the main road.
Houses are nearly complete, says the selling agent, with first buyers moving in during June.
