Two UK multiples, PC World and Currys, will be the anchor tenants in the Liffey Valley Retail Park, which is under construction alongside the shopping complex. PC World will open a 22,000 sq ft store, while Currys will trade out of a 26,000 sq ft unit. Smaller stores will be occupied by JJB Sports, Magnet Kitchens and Harry Corry. The retail park, which is being developed by Grosvenor Estates and Cork company O'Callaghan Properties, will have 300,000 sq ft of space. The agents were Hamilton Osborne King.
