TREASURY Holdings is continuing its due diligence investigations of a UK property portfolio and a Dublin shopping centre before deciding whether to buy them. The company, which is controlled by John Ronan and Richard Barrett, has secured exclusive negotiating rights in both cases. The UK portfolio, which is understood to be worth under £90 million, is being sold by a British insurance company. Treasury is almost certain to proceed with the purchase of Stillorgan Shopping Centre in south Dublin for a price in excess of £35 million. If the deals go ahead, the properties are likely to be held by Castle Market Holdings, a joint venture company formed with the UK-based Jermyn Investments.
