A three-acre housing site owned by a religious order at Mount Merrion Avenue in Blackrock, Co Dublin, is expected to make between £7 and £8 million when it is sold by tender on June 15th. GVA Donal O Buachalla is handling the sale of the site, one of the best to come on the market in south Dublin for a considerable time. The three acres form part of the five-acre grounds which have been owned by the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart since 1968. The proceeds of the sale will be used to build a number of modern buildings on the site and to refurbish part of the existing complex. The buildings accommodate priests after they retire from work on missions.
