The Portuguese Trade and Tourism Board is seeking a premium of over £100,000 (€140.70) for the lease of its premises at 54 Dawson Street in Dublin 2. An annual rent of £48,000 (€67.53) is payable on the ground floor unit of 1,076 sq ft and a mezzanine of 280 sq ft.
Lisney, which is handling the assignment, is also looking for tenants to take over the former Bective Electrical showrooms and the Needlecraft shop on Dawson Street.
