A DUBLIN property developer has paid slightly over £400,000 for the old presbytery building beside the former St Michael and John's Church in the west end of Temple Bar. It is likely to be converted into about 10 apartments. The four-storey over basement Georgian house, which overlooks the city quays, was sold by Quinn Agnew on behalf of Temple Bar Properties. The same agency also secured over £110,000 for a two-storey over basement building previously used as a video shop at 35 Wellington Quay. It was also owned by Temple Bar Properties.
