DUBLIN'S Temple Ear area is to get another convenience store. Spar has paid about £350,000 for a three-storey over basement commercial building at 10 Parliament Street. The 2,937-square-foot property, which carries capital allowances, was sold by Douglas Newman Good on behalf of Patton Interiors, which has moved to larger premises.
