Solicitors Sheridan Quinn have taken a 25-year lease of a contained office suite at 29 Upper Mount Street, Dublin 2. The rent for the 1,325 sq ft of accommodation and three carparking spaces will be £20,250. Harrington Bannon, which negotiated the deal, has also negotiated a short lease on 900 sq ft of offices for Scottish marketing company Compass Marketing at 3 Fitzwilliam Square.
