GERMAN computer software company GECAP has leased 7,500 square feet of office space in the former Aranas building at 65/66 Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2. The company, which was previously located at The Harcourt Centre, will be paying a rent of close to £16 per square foot under a 10-year lease. Lisney acted for the company.
