SHERRY FITZGERALD is keen to grab even more of the north Wicklow residential market by bringing on board veteran Wicklow estate agent Gordon Lennox who has been running his own show for around three decades.

Lennox’s decision to move is regarded by Sherry FitzGerald as a major coup – so much so that they have appointed him a director. As part of the deal Lennox Estates will be subsumed into Sherry FitzGerald.

Lennox has seen several property cycles since starting out in the late 1970s. Almost two decades later,and with the market in full swing, he set up Lennox Estates to capitalise on the buoyant Wicklow market.

In his new role Lennox will be looking after the existing branches in Bray and Greystones, concentrating on the north Wicklow and south-east suburban markets.

Lennox says the new arrangement will mean that his clients will have access to a broader sales network and better digital marketing facilities.
