Sherry FitzGerald seems to be well on the way towards setting up its network of franchises in the major cities and towns. Six weeks after it launched Operation Flotation, the agency has had more than 150 inquiries from agents wanting to move into the fast lane. To get the message out to the sticks, the agency has held a series of presentations to outline the advantages in having a national brand estate agency. At this stage of the game, Sherry Fitz is in "serious negotiations" with 10 regional agencies. "The response has been beyond our expectations," says Phillip Sherry, who will be making announcements on the company's new regional associates in the near future.
