In Ballsbridge, Lansdowne Hall, at 32 Lansdowne Road, a two-storey over garden level Victorian house with seven bedrooms was withdrawn by Lisney at £900,000 and sold later for in excess of £1.1 million. It is currently run as a bed & breakfast business. Elsewhere in Ballsbridge, Lisney secured £825,000 at auction for 47 Waterloo Road, a refurbished three-storey over basement Victorian four-bedroom house.
Also in Ballsbridge, two penthouse level two-bedroom apartments in the Shrewsbury Park development fetched £770,000 at a Lisney auction. The apartments, at Numbers 96 and 97 Shrewsbury Park, come with Section 23 tax allowances. They were sold as one lot. Number 1 Berkeley Mews, Lansdowne Lane, Ballsbridge, a two-bedroom bungalow situated to the rear of Lansdowne Road, was sold at a Lisney auction for £320,000.
In Sandymount, 13 Sandymount Road, a large semidetached Victorian house in five flats, was sold at auction for £810,000 through Bennetts.
Dublin 6 and 8
In Dartry, Sunbury Lodge, a six-bedroom Victorian house on the corner of Dartry Road at 13 Sunbury Gardens, was sold after auction for £905,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
The current owners bought it a year ago for a price in excess of £550,000 and substantially refurbished it.
Gunne secured £425,000 at auction for 37 Rathdown Drive, Terenure, a four-bedroom semidetached house.
In Ranelagh, 16 Oxford Road, a three-bedroom mid-terrace redbrick house, was sold at a Lisney auction for £255,000.
South Dublin
In Dalkey, a four-bedroom detached bungalow, The Acorns, at 45 Castlepark Road, was sold at auction for £350,000 by Hamilton Osborne King.
In Blackrock, a three-bedroom detached bungalow in a cul-de-sac, Orta, at 30 Grove Lawn, was sold at a Lisney auction for £540,000.
Also in Blackrock, Hamilton Osborne King fetched £290,000 at auction for 7 Seafield Road, a three-bedroom semi-detached house.
Gunne sold a three-bedroom bungalow, Linden, on Dublin Road, Shankill, at auction for £295,000.
In Sandyford, Co Dublin, a seven-bedroom detached dormer bungalow on four acres at Barnacullia was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £400,000.
In Kilternan, a three-bedroom semi-detached cottage at 7 Jamestown Cottages fetched £200,000 through Lisney.
North Dublin
In Castleknock, Lisney secured a strong price of £705,000 at auction for Beechville, a four-bedroom detached house on a third of an acre at Castleknock Road. Off Griffith Avenue, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house at 8 Sherkin Gardens, was sold at a Douglas Newman Good auction for £231,000.
In Glasnevin, Dublin 9, 15 St Canice's Road, a four-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn at £240,000 by Douglas Newman Good.
Also in Glasnevin, the same agent sold a four-bedroom detached house at 9 Northland Grove at auction for £241,000. In Clontarf, Dublin 3, 16 Dunseverick Road, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at auction for £326,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
In Skerries, Co Dublin, 46 Strand Street, a three-bedroom mid-terrace house was sold at auction for £215,000 through Douglas Newman Good.
Wicklow
In Bray, Co Wicklow, a three-bedroom bungalow at 55 Raheen Park, Bray, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting in excess of £230,000.
In Enniskerry, a three-bedroom cottage, The Cottage, Killegar, was sold at auction for £235,000 by Jackson-Stops McCabe.

In Swords, Co Dublin, The Cock Tavern public house, at 31 Main Street, was sold at auction for £2.2 million by Gunne.
A former filling station on a quarter acre site at 22,24 and 26 Sandford Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, was sold at auction for £1.75 million through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.
In Dublin 8, a residential shop premises at 104 South Circular Road was sold after auction for over £400,000 by Lisney.
Gunne withdrew Bootlaces residential pub at Ballycanew, Gorey, Co Wexford, at £340,000 and is now seeking offers in the region of £400,000. In Co Tipperary, The Tipperary Inn in Toomevara, was sold at auction for £420,000 through Matt Dunne & Associates.
