A site of over one acre with outline planning permission for 10 three-bed semi-detached houses at Sandyford village in Sandyford, Co Dublin, is expected to make around £650,000 (€825,330) when it is auctioned on June 13th through HOK Residential. The agents say the site, which is beside the route of the proposed Southern Cross Motorway, would also suit a development of apartments and duplex units.
