EGYPT:THE RIGHT Move Abroad agency hopes to tempt Irish buyers into the Egyptian property market with hotel suites on the banks of the Nile from €39,375.
The five-star Isis Resort in Luxor comprises 425 bedrooms and 55 one and two-bed apartments and forms part of the Pyramisa hotel group.
Prices start at €39,375 for hotel rooms. Studios cost from €82,000, one-bed suites from €70,125 and two-bed hotel suites from €111,250.
The scheme, now complete, has four restaurants, two swimming pools, tennis and squash courts and a beauty centre. It is 2kms from Luxor city centre and 10kms from Luxor airport.
The developer is guaranteeing to buy back units from investors at the price they paid for it for up to nine years after the initial purchase. Units come with a 7 per cent gross guaranteed rental agreement over 10 years. Buyers will be able to use a room in the Isis Resort or any other resort in the Pyramisa hotel chain for four weeks per year.
