A COMPANY headed by Tony Murray of Lark Developments has lodged a planning application for the redevelopment of the former jail in Roscommon town. M & M Construction is planning to convert the ground floor into retail shopping units and the conversion of the first floor into a restaurant. It is also planned to provide six shops in the yard and 22 apartments on the upper floors. John Earley handled the sale of the jail.
