Shannon Homes (Drogheda) Ltd has sought planning permission for a retail and leisure centre on a 15-acre site at Colpe in Drogheda. The development will include an anchor store of over 27,000 sq ft, 12 support units, a sports leisure centre including a swimming-pool, gymnasium, squash courts and ancillary facilities as well as a church and medical centre.
